Nota d'usoL'espressione finire di lavorare non va tradotta letteralmente con “to finish to work”. La locuzione corretta è “to finish work” perché, in questo caso, “work” è usato come sostantivo: Ho finito di lavorare alle sei, I finished work at six (non I finished to work at six). -
